The announcement text: II. ROLE SUMMARY*PURPOSE OF JOB

To build standard and customised Market Insight requests across Europe with responsibility for managing each stage of the project within the specified schedule. To perform Market Insight updates according to contractual terms and amendments on an ad-hoc basis. Provide customer support over the telephone and in person. Be proactive in providing customer solutions. Coach and support new members of staff. Prepare client files for analytical work, and incorporation into Market Insight

III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Monthly updates of clients` Market Insight Systems.
New systems build; standard and customised.
Provide customer support to D&B Market Insight Customers
Identify and implement improvements to updating and implementation processes to optimise the efficiency and effectiveness of client fulfilment
Responsible for customer satisfaction
Advising customers on specific solutions and being proactive in finding these solutions
Cleanse and format client files and appending D&B data
Coach and support new team members

Lead and deliver projects of medium to high complexity, with an average duration of several weeks to several months
University degree or equivalent qualification or experience
